1. Production Line Overview
This integrated packaging line consists of ZRB-500G Full-Automatic Sleeve Wrapper and DRS-4522 Intelligent Visible Variable-Frequency Heat Shrink Tunnel, seamlessly connected to deliver a complete unmanned packaging solution covering automatic feeding, sleeve film wrapping, pulse cold sealing & cutting, continuous heat shrinking, and precise discharging. No manual transfer or intermediate operation is required during the whole process.
Compatible with PVC and POF heat shrink films, the line reaches a maximum packaging speed of 28 packs per minute, delivering neat sealing edges and uniform wrinkle-free shrinking results. It is widely applied for single or multi-pack shrink wrapping of adhesive tapes, daily chemicals, food, cosmetics, gifts, toys and other products.
